Self Improvement through Fitness (SIT FIT) is a training programme that concentrates on physical literacy and neuroplasticity, play and its importance in developing the brain. We focus on positive coaching and methods that enhance the young person's physical and cognitive abilities. Sit fit develops resilience, and encourages appropriate social interaction both in and outwith our gym environment.

 

Qualifications/Awards Achieved

Young people can attain Personal Achievement awards that range from bronze through to gold.

 

Progression Routes

Young people could go on to engage with courses in sport and exercise at local colleges (depending on qualifications for levels of entry)
