An innovative partnership programme with The Larder Cook School
Delivered in our Skills Centre, an expert chef works with our young people to develop hospitality skills in our professional kitchen.
Skills/Experiences:
Participants in The Larder programme will:
- Learn how to cook
- Learn how to manage a budget
- Learn how to prepare menus
- Develop our community café (open once a month)
- Develop a wide variety of culinary skills
- Learn about pathways into the hospitality sector
